Well, end of the first month of training.... so how have I done against my KPIs?
Weight loss: 0lbs (still 15st 2.4)
Fat loss: 0% (still 26.6)
Mileage: 202 (avg. 48 per week)
Training time: 12hrs ( avg. 3 per week)
Avg heart rate :129 (-3)
Total height : 8,653 feet (2600m)
20k TT average wattage: 238 (+14)
Power/Weight ratio : 1.11 watts/lb (up 0.6)

Not a great month, disappointed with the weight loss - although managed to get below 15st at one point those couple of pounds crept back on are proving difficult to shift. Week out in Marrakesh meant that mileage was more or less halved this month which is also disappointing.
However, on the plus side average speed seems to be creeping up (15.11 to 16.37 mph) a significant improvement and that power on the indoor bike is improving too. Lets see what I can do in March.
